Leftover Roast Casserole
Here is a quick and yummy dish that uses up your leftover roast beef and stretches your money!
Ingredients:
2 cups leftover Roast diced or shredded
1 package obrian frozen potatoes
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 jar of cheese whiz
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 an onion diced or grated
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to your taste and pour into a greased baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until hot and bubbly throughout.
