BBQ Casserole
If your family likes BBQ baked potatoes, they will love this recipe! It is the easiest, quickest meal with very little fuss!
Ingredients:
1 container of bbq beef with sauce
1 package of smoked sausage cut into rounds
1 package of frozen hashbrown potatoes (I use the cubes)
1 can of cream celery soup
1 package of cream cheese softened
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1 cup of your favorite bbq sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer the sausage in the bottom of the dish. Pour the bbq with sauce over the top and spread out evenly over the sausage. In a bowl mix together the potatoes, cream cheese, soup, and seasonings until well mixed. Pour over the meat and spread out. Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Top with the cheese and bbq sauce and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve with corn and beans for a bbq meal! (could also add a layer of beans and corn if you liked!)
